My name is Linda and I'm truly grateful you're here. For the past 26 years I've had the privilege of working with children, teens, and adults. Over the last 6 years I have transitioned to a more holistic approach, integrating psychotherapy and wellness coaching into my practice. I have training in a variety of therapeutic approaches, including psychotherapy, cognitive behavior therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT) and holistic practices. I incorporate mindfulness, gratitude, emotional freedom technique (EFT), lifestyle strategies such as nutrition, sleep habits, and movement as well as somatic and nervous system techniques into my work.
